Problem when play in L2 Devil!

HI!I a new guy and I want to play in L2 Devil. First I download the Auto Update from the website and after that i download the full-update and I let it run in my lineage2 folder.Everythings was okay. But when I moved to Giran Tower and stay in there for a few minutes,my Lineage II window automatically turn off( this is not like Critical Error). Anybody know how to fix it pls show me!!!!!!THX FOR READ.
