few questuins...

1)what GM support is this ? in announces says "to talk with GM use petition system" when i write petition (i want ask GM about certification system) and he just reject my petition and ignor me
2)as i can see,certification system aren't working or i mistaken ?i speek to all Grand Masters and Avant-Garde (IT) but without any success to obtain sub skills
3)why there is no english section ?

im not a gm but sub skills as far as i know dont work here, also try /gmlist always before making a petition, if theres no gm online the petition will be rejected, well usualy if you speak english you will have english replies.
